Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from My account → Subscriptions whenever you like. There is no minimum number of deliveries.
How do I skip a delivery?
Open your subscription in My account and click "Skip next delivery". We also email you three days before each box, with a link to skip.
Can I change scents?
Yes, swap to any other scent of the same refill from your account. The change applies from the next delivery.
When am I charged?
On the day each box is prepared. You get an email with the receipt straight away.
