These terms apply to all orders placed on this website by consumers.
1. Orders and contract
A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. All prices are shown in the selected currency and include VAT where applicable.
2. Payment
We accept major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna. Your payment is taken when the order is placed.
3. Subscriptions
Subscribe & save orders renew automatically at the interval you choose. You can skip, change, pause or cancel at any time in My account before the next renewal date. The subscription discount applies to subscribed items only.
4. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Opened refills cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
5. Complaints
If something is wrong with your order, contact us and we will put it right. You can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
